1 · Preparing your campaign

About 3–4 weeks, starting once your onboarding form is in.

Email copy & target list — your Campaign Strategist writes your outreach copy and builds your investor target list
Email infrastructure — we buy alias domains similar to your company name (e.g. [email protected]) and warm the inboxes for strong deliverability
Kickoff call — we align on strategy and finalise your campaign requirements

2 · Your team

Campaign Strategist	Builds and refines your investor email campaign and outreach list.
Analyst	Manages your inboxes and investor replies, and books qualified intro calls on your behalf.

3 · Outreach and booking calls

About 3 months once your campaign is live.

Your Analyst sends emails from an alias account under your name and company domain
They manage investor replies and book intro calls directly onto your calendar
When a call is booked it lands on your connected calendar, and we're notified automatically
