Phase 1: Marketing Preparation (~3–4 Weeks)

After submitting your onboarding form, we begin building the foundation of your investor campaign. Here’s what to expect across the first month:

Week 1–2

• Email Copywriting & Target List Building by our Campaign Strategist

• Email Infrastructure Setup: We purchase alias domains similar to your company name

  (e.g., [email protected]) and warm inboxes to ensure deliverability

• Onboarding Call with your Deal Lead to align on strategy and finalize campaign requirements

Week 3–4

• Teaser / Deck Creation (If needed): Your Deal Lead drafts the outline; Analyst writes copy and layout → design team finalizes.
• Data Room Review & Finalization: We help you complete the investor-ready package of key documents (financials, cap table, etc.)
